Welcome to MathSolvi ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MathSolvi mobile application ("App") and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using MathSolvi, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may delete your account at any time through the Account settings in the App. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
MathSolvi offers subscription plans:
All plans include a 3-day free trial period. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.
New users are eligible for a 3-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged according to your selected plan.
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or through the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not provide direct refunds. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or use the App Store's refund request process.

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by MathSolvi and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.
The AI-generated solutions and explanations are provided for educational purposes. You may use them for personal learning but may not redistribute or commercialize them without permission.
MathSolvi uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o-mini) to generate solutions and explanations. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all solutions are error-free. You should verify solutions independently, especially for academic or professional purposes.
The App is intended as a learning tool and should not be used as the sole basis for academic submissions or professional work.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATHSOLVI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MathSolvi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MathSolvi operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
